First : Company Incorporation

AS we implement incorporation procedures for companies as it’s considered one of most important aspects of investment in Egypt starting from company deed editing till undertaking of all registration procedures including all types of companies such as Joint Stock, Limited Liability, partnership companies in all work fields either General, Commercial or technical besides representation of companies before all governmental authorities and others.

  1.  Law No.159 for year 1981 and its amendments (Joint Stock Companies- Closed issuing – issuing to the( public Limited Liability ) (company limited by shares) complied with law No.95 for year 1992.
  2.  Law No.8 for year 1997 investment guarantees and investments with its amendments (internal Investment-Free Zone-Private) .

Hereinafter some executive steps:

Capital and Limited Liability Companies

  1. Make deed of partnership and major discipline
  2. Accreditation of deed of partnership from Syndicate of Lawyers
  3. .Accreditation of deed of partnership from Real Estate Notary Office
  4. Get resolution of Ministry that authorizes company incorporation.
  5. Extract Certificate of practice from Chamber of Commerce
  6. Commercial registration procedures
  7. Notarize deed of partnership in investment publication
  8. Held first ordinary Assembly meeting minutes for constituting board of directors and their duties and liabilities.
  9. Notarize previously mentioned minutes in commercial registry authority
  10. Open taxation profile for the company at general taxes, extract taxation card, registration in sales taxes if required.
  11. Documentation of legal and accounts book in Real Estate Notary Office.

Partnership companies, Limited partnership

  1. Make and notarize commercial acts at primary courts
  2.  Open taxation profile, extracting taxation card, certificate of practice and commercial registry.

We also provide Assembly and board secretarial works including:

  1. Making invitation for ordinary or extraordinary Assembly upon company request
  2. Preparing minutes of ordinary or extraordinary Assembly along with amendment contract of extraordinary Assembly.
